•New clients are required to sign a consent waiver. •Must be at-least 18 years old to schedule (valid proof of ID). •No extra guests/pets allowed. •By reserving your appointment with a card on file, you adhere that in the case of a cancellation or no show, I can charge you 50% of the service cost. •If client is late more than 10minutes, appointment will be canceled however if service is able to be performed, client will be charged an extra $15 for a late fee. •Please plan accordingly/allocate time for travel. •If you cancel under 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% remaining balance of the full service. •If you no call / no show your appointment, you will be charged $50 NO SHOW FEE! •No refunds for any services that have been carried out. • If you schedule an appointment during an active sale & you no call no show you will be charged 50% of the ORIGINAL price. •If I cancel, you will not be charged a fee. •If you are not satisfied with your lash look, you will have 24 hours after the last service to contact me and I will fix, add, or remove any lashes to achieve the look you want. •If you are not satisfied with your brow look, you will have 24 hours after the last service to contact me and I will fix them to achieve the look you want. • You must have 50% of your lashes to be considered a fill. • If you are coming in for a FOREIGN/ CORRECTIVE FILL, you are subject to be charged for a full set depending on severity of correction. •ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE SPOKE - I WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU AS MUCH AS I CAN.
